Bio

Cumbia Patio Norte is a six-member cumbia group from Puebla, built around a low, recognisable bass pattern and bright keyboard answers. Óscar Salgado leads with an easy conversational delivery, while Marisol Téllez supplies the responses that turn a line into a neighbourhood refrain. Two keyboard parts, bass, congas and drums give the band a compact, repeatable sound. The songs belong to courtyards, family parties and the walk home after the music stops: social, affectionate and made for a chorus people can answer together.
